About MoHA
The Museum of Human Achievement is a multi-disciplinary event space & arts organization in east Austin. MoHA’s mission is to facilitate emotional reactions & new experiences pertaining to art, new media, music, theater, dance, film, performance, creative thought & expression. In addition to gallery shows and event, MoHA hosts an artist residency, a tech studio, an experimental arcade, and 15 artist studios.

Media Master Internship

Role
Documenting and creating an accessible digital archive of MoHA shows and events.

Responsibilities
Document upcoming shows and import/organize the media files within a timely fashion.
Collect and upload past photo and video documentation to digital archives.
Create presentable documentation of MoHA events, possibly including photo slideshows, edited video, or curated collections within the digital archives.

Qualifications
Strong organizational skills, experience in live videography or photography, familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or other photo/video editing software. Ability to attend MoHA events, often during evenings and weekends.

Dates and Time Commitment
Applications accepted until position filled.
Internships to being mid-June and end September 2017 with the option to continue through the school year. Time commitment is 6-10 hours per week.
